By maintaining a speedy and flexible process of production, packaging & delivery, we have been providing a stable and reliable supply base for all our national and international clients. Through the course of time, we have been able to understand & respond to the varied needs of our clients.
Manufacturing Overview
- Flexibility to produce 10 kgs to 10,000 kgs (flexible batch sizes).
- Flexibility to produce 1,300 shades.
- ISO 9001 certification by TUV in 2002.
- ISO 9001:2000 certification by TUV in 2003.
- ISO 9001:2008 certification by TUV in 2009 (design, manufacturing and marketing of powder coatings and manufacturing of polyester resins).
Manufacturing Setup
- KAIZEN movement started in resin manufacturing setup.
- 100% compliant with all statutory requirements.
- All employees are given mandatory training on safety and firefighting.
- Implemented on a continuous basis.
- Employees are trained to perform operations safely as per standard operating procedures.
